It is really important to us at Gently Does It that you have confidence in sharing your personal details with us and in our ability to keep your details private.  We collect name, address, email address and other personal details from you on our website in order to process your order and contact you about that, or about member services such as your free monthly newsletter. This information is stored on a secure server. We will not share any of your personal details with anyone outside of Gently Does It Ltd unless we are required to do so by law.

It is really important to us at Gently Does It that you have confidence in shopping with us and in our ability to keep your details secure.

When you shop with us using your Visa or Mastercard, the credit card details are encrypted and transmitted to Payment Express using SSL.  Payment Express is the best practice online payment system operated by DPS (Direct Payment Solutions Limited), a PCI DSS certified agency. We at Gently Does It do not have access to, or retain your credit card details.

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify the card provider immediately in accordance with any terms and conditions between you and that provider. 

If you feel uncomfortable about purchasing with a credit card online, please select the Bank Deposit option at checkout to pay directly from your bank account to our bank account, or call us and we can process your credit card payment over the phone.
